Clearfield JV Football Team Shuts Out Penns Valley

CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield Junior Varsity football team upped its record on the season to 2-0 with a 42-0 whitewashing of Penns Valley on Monday night.

Quarterback Christian Lezzer led the scoring with touchdown runs of 67, 32, 15, and 1 yard.

The other Bison scorers were Dylan Graham who scored on a five yard run and Tyler Woomer who added a three yard run.

The Bisons invoked the Mercy Rule by halftime as they led 35-0 at the break.

Clearfield (2-0) will be back in action on Monday September 27 when they host Indian Valley.
