Clearfield Girl’s Tennis Team Shut Out by Elk County Catholic

ST. MARY’S — The Lady Crusaders shut out the Lady Bisons on Monday by a 9-0 score. Clearfield dropped to 1-8 on the season with the loss.

Singles results: Suzie Colesar lost 1-6, 0-6 to Crystal Hanes, Sierra Grice lost 0-6, 1-6 to Loreal Houser, Hillary Buck lost 0-6, 1-6 to Ally Brock, Jessica Roussey lost 2-6, 1-6 to Kristen Dippold, Tori Hallstrom lost 0-6, 1-6 to Megan Fritz.

Doubles results: Colesar/Grice lost 5-8, Hallstrom/Buck lost 4-8, third and fourth matches forfeited.

Clearfield will be on the road to Johnsonburg on Tuesday.
