Clearfield Volleyball Team Loses in Three Sets at Huntingdon

CLEARFIELD – The Lady Bison volleyball team dropped to 0-2 on the year after their three set loss to the Lady Bearcats of Huntingdon on Thursday.

Clearfield improved with each game as the scores were 3-25, 9-25, and 11-25.

Stat leaders for the Lady Bisons – Service points: Dakota Farmery – 2, Adrienne Stucke – 2, Michelle Payonk – 1, Kristen Henderlong – 1; Aces: Farmery – 1, Amber Scott – 1; Kills: Farmery – 1, Scott – 1; Blocks: Stucke – 2, Farmery – 1.

The Lady Bisons will be at home for the third time in a row to start the season when they host the Central Lady Dragons on Monday September 13.

The junior varsity squad upped their record to 2-0 on the season after sweeping Huntingdon in two sets.
