Atlanta, GA, United States (AHN) – A new agreement has made the Digital Signage Expo (DSE) the official tradeshow of the non-profit Digital Signage Federation (DSF). The Expo was founded in 2004 and is the world’s largest digital signage tradeshow, exhibiting each year from Las Vegas, Nevada.
The DSF, founded in February 2010, has over 300 members from over 30 countries. Under the agreement the Federation will also become the exclusive association sponsor.
“This Agreement is historic because it is the first of its kind in our industry,” DSF President and CEO John Johnson said.
The deal also provides the DSF with “a business partner who is well-established in our industry,” DSF Chairman Rich Cooley explained.
The Expo “understands and respects the need for our organization to be thoroughly independent, and will make a depth of resources available enabling the DSF to initiate and deliver a host of industry initiatives that are currently in the planning stages,” Cooley added.
