Police Report: Clearfield PSP

- Police reported an incident of assault/harassment at approximately 10:30 p.m. Tuesday in Curwensville Borough, Clearfield County. A 43-year-old Clearfield woman and a 37-year-old Curwensville woman engaged in a verbal argument, which escalated into physical contact. Officers said the Curwensville woman allegedly pushed the Clearfield woman who then retaliated by hitting her in the face twice with an open hand. Both were cited for summary assault/harassment through the district court.

- Police reported an incident of theft that occurred sometime between Aug. 6 and Tuesday in the Best Sleep Inn parking lot in Decatur Township, Clearfield County. Someone allegedly took a 37-year-old Greensburg man’s 185 Chicago pneumatic deutz portable air compressor.

- Police reported an incident of criminal mischief that occurred sometime between 7 p.m. Monday and 5 a.m. Tuesday in Morris Township, Clearfield County. A person(s) allegedly damaged three lights in the front of the Long Bus Company.
