Todd Bodine Leads Trucks Points; Almirola Second

Daytona Beach, FL, United States (AHN) – Todd Bodine may have ran second to race-winner Kyle Busch last weekend at Chicago but he still has a solid hold on the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series points lead.

The former champion, who has 2,708 points, extended his points lead from 211 to 236 over Aric Almirola, who has 2,472. Rounding out the top-five in points are Johnny Sauter (2,405), Timothy Peters (2,383) and Ron Hornaday Jr. (2,380).

Matt Crafton sits sixth with 2,324 points and in seventh is Austin Dillon (2,315), followed by Mike Skinner (2,210), David Starr (2,133) and Justin Lofton (1,977).

In positions 11-20 are: Jason White (1,973), Ricky Carmichael (1,042), James Buescher (1,853), Mario Gosselin (1,805), Ryan Sieg (1,743), Jennifer Jo Cobb (1,601), Norm Benning (1,553), Kyle Busch (1,517), Brett Butler (1,409) and Stacy Compton (1,225).

In points positions 21-30 is a group that includes: Brent Raymer (1,206), Donny Lia (1,185), Brian Ickler (834), Ken Schrader (800), Tayler Malsam (798), Elliott Sadler (782), Narain Karthikeyan (757), Kevin Harvick (755), J.C. Stout (747) and Dennis Setzer (746).

In spots 31-40 are Johnny Benson Jr. (735), Brad Sweet (705), Mike Harmon (682), Mike Garvey (671), Rick Crawford (669), Chris Jones (621), Chris Fontaine (603), Max Papis (562), Tony Jackson Jr. (547), Nelson Piquet (541), Brad Keselowski (504), Chris Eggleston (496), Steve Wallace (477), Clay Greenfield (449) and Donnie Neuenberger (439).
