CPCA to Host Open House for First Time Homebuyers

DUBOIS – Central Pennsylvania Community Action will be holding an open house in DuBois for a newly remodeled home available for sale through its First Time Homebuyers’ Program.  Anyone that is interested in purchasing a home of their own for the first time is encouraged to attend.

The open house will take place on June 12, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. The home is located at 242 S. Brady St. in DuBois. This 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath dwelling boasts brand new energy-efficient appliances including a gas furnace, electric water tank, stove and refrigerator. The property has been completely remodeled with new wiring, windows, flooring, vinyl siding, and is move-in ready. Interested persons are encouraged to stop by during this time. CPCA will have representatives available to answer any of your questions; no appointment is needed. Financial assistance may be available for qualified buyers.
