Austin, TX, United States (AHN) – A student from the University of Texas at Austin said he is ready to go after the rock-paper-scissors champion title after defeating his sister in an earlier competition.
Nick Caporale, 21, will compete at the championships in Mexico along with 13 other U.S. college students in the USA Rock Paper Scissors League College Championships. The grand prize is a $25,000 scholarship, according to reports.
Caporale defeated his sister, Brittany, at a university tournament Valentine’s Day of this year. Both admit they entered because not many people were competing, according to reports.
Caporale said the key to a good rock-paper-scissors player is knowing how to you’re your opponent and anticipating their moves, reports stated.
The championships are in March 2010.
