Las Vegas, NV, United States (AHN) – The UFC announced this week the creation of a long-term partnership with Asia’s All Sports Network (ASN HD) Network.

ASN is the first 24-hour HD sports channel in Asia that will distribute UFC programs in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Macau, Indonesia, Brunei, Singapore, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Thailand.

ASN will officially air on April 10 at UFC 112 in Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, featuring a pair of title fights.

The headliners will be Anderson Silva (25-4 MMA, 10-0 UFC) and Demian Maia (12-1, 6-1) for Silva’s light heavyweight title.

Subsequently, the UFC will air its Spike TV shows, Unleashed and its Ultimate Fighter reality series on the station.

“We are excited to sign a deal with ASN and to distribute UFC on this HD sports channel,” said Dana White, UFC President. “Asia is a huge market for us; it has a deep-rooted history and appreciation for the martial arts. We are thrilled to be working with ASN and to deliver the UFC to all of our fans in Asia.”
