Harvick Maintains Points Lead In Cup Series

Daytona Beach, FL, United States (AHN) – Kevin Harvick doesn’t have any wins this season but with consistent, steady driving he has the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series points lead.
Harvick, with three top-10 finishes in the first three races of the season, sits atop the points standings with 506 and behind him are a pair of winless top-10 finishers in Clint Bowyer (459) and Mark Martin (457).
Matt Kenseth (448) and Jimmie Johnson (443), who has won back-to-back races, round out the top-five. Greg Biffle (443), Jeff Burton (430), Joey Logano (413), David Reutimann (397) and Carl Edwards (389) make up the top-10 in the points standings.
In positions 11-20 are: Tony Stewart (386), Kyle Busch (375), Jeff Gordon (373), Jamie McMurray (363), Dale Earnhardt Jr. (357), Scott Speed (348), Paul Menard (345), Brian Vickers (320), Kurt Busch (312) and David Ragan (308).
Martin Truex Jr. (304), Denny Hamlin (304), Kasey Kahne (277), Elliott Sadler (269), Regan Smith (252), Juan Montoya (248), AJ Allmendinger (248), Sam Hornish Jr. (246), Travis Kvapil (245) and Brad Keselowski (240) make up the 21-30 positions.
