PHILIPSBURG – State police in Philipsburg are searching for three people accused of selling drugs in undercover buys.
According to police the Troop G Vice and Narcotics Unit made controlled buys of heroin from 39-year-old Charles Pennebaker and 36-year-old Stephanie Pennebaker during the summer of 2008 along Presqueisle Street.
On Dec. 8 charges were filed against both of them through Magisterial District Judge Allen Sinclair’s office.
The two were charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy to commit delivery of a controlled substance.
The whereabouts of the Pennebakers is unknown and a warrant has been issued for their arrests. Both have been entered into NCIC as wanted people.
In another case Troop G reported making controlled buys of heroin from 19-year-old Philipsburg resident Justin D. Brown. He was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility.
Brown’s whereabouts are also unknown and a warrant had been issued for his arrest. He has also been entered into NCIC as a wanted person.
