FALLS CREEK – A man taken into custody after a standoff with police between Oct. 4 and 5 has been identified as 47-year-old Daniel Ray Yount of Falls Creek.

Yount was taken into custody and then to DuBois Regional Medical Center for evaluation.
On Oct. 9 Yount was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge David Inzana on charges of person not to possess, use, manufacture, control, sell or transfer firearms and disorderly conduct.
