CLEARFIELD – The first speaker in the Career Stories from the Sons and Daughters of Clearfield County will be Dave Morgan, Clearfield Area High School Class of 1981.
Over the course of the summer, some Clearfield County graduates who have gone on to do interesting things will give informal talks at several downtown venues for this summer lecture series, according to the Mayor’s Communique section of the Clearfield Borough Web site.
Morgan will speak at the Clearfield Borough Administration Office (6 S. Front St.) Sunday at 2 p.m.
Morgan is the founder of and chairman of TACODA, a company that develops technology for targeted marketing. He lives in New York City and has offices around the country. Of interest is also his past experience as owner and CEO of Real Media Inc., which during the Internet boom had more than 500 employees worldwide.
Students and business people interested in the Internet, marketing, publishing and entrepreneurship in general will likely find interest in Morgan’s talk.
The series is designed to inspire the youth of Clearfield County by those from their own community as well as be a resource for everyone curious about each speakers path to success.
GantDaily will continue to provide information on the series as speakers are scheduled.
