PHILIPSBURG – Decatur Township Police are warning would-be loiterers that they will be cited.
Police received a complaint from a business owner on North Front Street, Philipsburg, that people were loitering in their parking area after hours. The complainant stated that they were causing a disturbance, littering and damaging property. Some small items were also reportedly stolen from the property.
Police will be increasing patrols in the area, and they are asking people not to loiter in the area.
Managment of the business will be posting signs prohibiting loitering and trespassing after normal business hours.
