WASHINGTON, D.C. – Alexis Flores has been wanted since 2000 for his alleged involvement in the kidnapping and murder of a 5-year-old girl in Philadelphia, and now he has been added to the FBI’s Top Ten List.
Flores — also known as Alexis Flores, Mario Roberto Flores, Mario F. Roberto, Alex Contreras and Alesis Contreras — is 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. Flores is Hispanic and has been known to use the birthdates July 18, 1975 and July 18, 1972.
The child in the case was reported missing in late July 2000. She was later found strangled to death in a nearby apartment in early August 2000.
Flores has scars on his forehead and right cheek. He also reportedly has ties to Honduras.
The FBI reports that Flores should be considered armed and extremely dangerous.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading directly to the arrest of Flores.
