STATE COLLEGE – If you have ever thought about international adoption but have questions, the Welcome House Program of Pearl S. Buck International can answer them for you at an educational seminar next month.
The free seminar is open to the public and will be held May 19 from 10 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at Schlow Library, State College.

The meeting is designed for families and individuals interested in international adoption and is sponsored by Welcome House, which was founded by Pearl Buck in 1949.
The seminar will build awareness of the specific process to adopt a child from another country. Welcome House currently has adoption programs in China, Korea, Vietnam, Kazakhstan and the Philippines.
