CLEARFIELD – Earlier this week, the Lawrence Township Supervisors approved a land development plan for Lock Haven – Clearfield campus for the construction of a Health Services Building.
The building will be three stories tall, according to engineer Wilson Fisher of Hess & Fisher Engineering.
At the meeting, Fisher said that he believed the university’s plan was to move the university’s nursing program entirely to the Clearfield campus.
However LHU Director of Public Relations Scott Eldredge stated that the entire nursing program is already at the Clearfield campus.
The university is preparing a press release “due to the incorrect information on academic programming and plans at the LHU Clearfield branch campus” according to Eldredge.
